After a lengthy but rewarding process of planning, monitoring and assessment, SAIF has been awarded Investor in People Status. The Internationally recognised award recognises the investment an organisation makes in its greatest asset - its staff.

A SAIF delegation of Alun Tucker-National President, Clive Leverton - SAIF founder and Fellow and his wife Jean, Mervyn Pilley - SAIF Chief Executive Officer and Linda Jones - Administration/ Membership Development Manager, attended a prestigious IIP Achievement Dinner at Whipsnade Wild Animal Park to receive the award on behalf of the Society. The high profile Director General of the CBI - Digby Jones - made the award presentations on behalf of Business Link Hertfordshire.

Mervyn Pilley - SAIF CEO said, "I am extremely pleased and honoured that we have achieved this recognition. It goes without saying that everyone in SAIF, both staff and Executive Committee members, have played a key part in the process. The teamwork of "Team SAIF" plays a major part in the work that we do for our members. We pride ourselves on the highly personal service that we give to SAIF members".
