Letter received from the BMA this morning. The following points need clarification:

The fee increase will now be with effect from the 1st October 2003.
There is no change in the mileage allowance of 56.4 pence per mile.
The fee of £50.50 is for each form and not for forms B & C together.

The BMA has offered all of the Trade Associations a meeting to discuss the basis under which fee increases are calculated.
